Lost in the ladies' room
A rainbow coloured waterfall is facing a white square, in the center of which lap
dancers are performing on a monolith Lightcube.
The "VIP Room", one of the most exclusive nightclubs in Paris, is located in the heart of the "Triangle d'or" avenue des Champs-Elysées.
According to LightArchitecture's philosophy, the VIP Room refurbishment project is
playing with virtual and real. Reflecting glasses, walls superposition and multiplication figure this ambiguity. Images and information come alive on a pixelated glass, giving them a floating and artificial transparency in a night black environment.
The Club main concept is the ambiguity produced by projections, like a series of different special spaces, each one with its own design feature, creating "clubs in the club".
The main area called "la Terrasse" is characterized by a striking 15 meters long
and 4 meters high glass wall projection for an ever-changing dimension.
This allows a superimposition of real and virtual images that reflects as well up to the black ceiling and down to a brilliant black painted resin floor.
A rainbow coloured waterfall is facing a white square, in the center of which lap dancers are performing on a monolith Lightcube.
The round "cocktail bar" looks like a black-led lights ornate space sheep ready to take off.
Waterfalls separate the "Dantesque" washroom atmosphere: Hell, with its red fiery colours and attractive girls projections incarnating temptation and Heaven, with
a completely mirrored space where stainless cylinders are coming up from the floor creating a virtual forest, an endless space.
